National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators establishing standards for public disclosure of scientific and technical information concerning mineral projects. This disclosure applies to all scientific and technical information presented on this website, including information relating to the Company’s Frances Creek Barite Project and its other mineral properties.
Qualified Person
The scientific and technical content of this website has been reviewed and approved by Bradley Willis, P.Eng., a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Mr. Willis is not independent of Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. within the meaning of NI 43-101, by virtue of his role as a director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
